Standard Domestic delivery - takes approximately 5-10 business days from dispatch.

DELIVERY COSTS
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders above AED600 otherwise, AED 55 for International and AED 20 for Domestic.
If any additional delivery surcharge fees occur with your order, such as if the weight of a product exceeds the courier allowance or delivery to a remote destination, we’ll contact you and you’ll be able to choose to proceed or cancel the order.
Please note: as with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa, please allow additional time due to delays with the South African customs and postal service.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders ship with a tracking service. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and you can check the status of your order online at anytime.
Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update once shipped.
All orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Saturday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm) or after the cut of time and/or on ant UAE public Holiday will be processed the next UAE working day. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if the order is not accepted at the address supplied.
TAX & CUSTOM DUTIES
For selected countries DesignerBrands will automatically pay any tax or customs duty applied, therefore the amount you pay on check out is the final amount, your parcel will be delivered as DDP or delivery duty paid.
For some countries this isn't possible and you will have to pay import duty and tax on arrival, if this is the case your parcel will be held until it has been paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed and DesignerBrands will have no liability towards this.
www.designerbrands.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

All of the merchandise we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic, brand new and of first quality.
We acquire our inventory directly from the brands, their authorized dealers or trusted independent vendors only. Everything we sell still has its original tags and comes complete with any accompanying authenticity cards, dust covers, etc. In addition, the serial numbers on all of our products are fully verifiable with the manufacturers.
The majority of the merchandise we carry is past season which is why, in many cases, we are are able to offer such substantial savings and also why the items may no longer appear in the respective brand’s store or on their website.
That said, we welcome you to take our merchandise to its respective brand store or authorized dealer near you to verify the authenticity. We stand behind the authenticity of our merchandise with a lifetime money-back guarantee.
To file a claim, contact our warranty claims department via email support@designerbrands.ae or phone (+971 4 57 99 4640). Please provide either your order number and/or the first and last name by whom the order was placed, along with a brief description of the issue and photos. If your claim was approved, you will be issued a RMA code and an address where to return.
Simple. Easy. 14-Day Returns.
We understand returning an item can be a hassle, so we've made this process as easy as possible. If you don't love the item you purchased from Designerbrands.ae —for any reason—simply return within 14 days for a full refund, less any initial shipping charges.
Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all authenticity cards, dust covers, tags, packaging and protector tapes intact. Items returned in any other condition will be subject to a restocking fee or returned at our discretion.
How to Make a Return
- To request a return, submit a return request 7 days after receiving your merchandise by going to My Account -> Orders and select the product you would like to request for refund.
- Print a Return Shipping Label and Ship once authorized, you will be able to print a return shipping label. Simply affix this label to the package and drop it off at any post office or leave it with your carrier. Customer will pay return shipping fees including any taxes.
- Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5 to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Full refund including return shipping fees for verified return items by default on part of Designerbrands.ae.
Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it. Items which are used or missing any of their accoutrements (tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.) are not eligible for return.

Receive a full refund to your original payment source if;
-We conclude after reviewing your claim that the product received differs substantially from the item you received. This includes, but is not limited to inauthentic items, items with unreported damage and wear, and inaccuracies in the listing.
-The wrong product was sent by DESIGNERBRANDS.
-The product is defective.
-The product was damaged in shipping.
-The product is tampered
Receive DesignerBrands Site Credit if;
You are dissatisfied with the item for any reason; such as the style, fit or just changing your mind, unless the item is marked Final Sale or- DESIGNERBRANDS.AE finds during review of your claim that the item is authentic and was accurately described at the time of sale.
Site credit can be used on any item for sale on DESIGNERBRANDS.AE is non-transferable and does not expire.
Additional Considerations
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) items. Some items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for DESIGNERBRANDS Site Credit.
Items may be marked Final Sale for a number of reasons, including:
- Price is less than $100/ AED360.
- Listed category are: Weddings, Maternity, Fragrance, Hosiery, Swimwear, Sports bras, Tech accessories, Activewear gear.
Designerbrands.ae cannot process returns that do not follow our guidelines, including:
- Returns delivered without a return request.
- Returns delivered later than 14 days from request.
- Lost or damaged returns shipped without using our return shipping label.
- An unreasonable amount of return requests submitted under a single user account.
Spotii Financing
When you order through Spotii you are still covered under our return policy. If you receive a full refund for a claim, your agreement with Spotii is voided and you are not obligated to continue paying for the purchase through Spotii. If your return is processed as DESIGNERBRANDS Site Credit, you are still required to complete your payment plan with Spotii.
