Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card with a valid billing and shipping address* or Cash on Delivery.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Stripe, PayPal.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All transactions are secured. The DesignerBrands.ae website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.
Bank Transfers are also accepted; in order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Customer Services. Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 14 business days.

We understand returning an item can be a hassle, so we've made this process as easy as possible. If you don't love the item you purchased from Designerbrands.ae —for any reason—simply return within 14 days for a full refund, less any initial shipping charges.
Items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all authenticity cards, dust covers, tags, packaging and protector tapes intact. Items returned in any other condition will be subject to a restocking fee or returned at our discretion.
How to Make a Return
To request a return, submit a return request 7 days after receiving your merchandise by going to My Account -> Orders and select the product you would like to request for refund.
Print a Return Shipping Label and Ship once authorized, you will be able to print a return shipping label. Simply affix this label to the package and drop it off at any post office or leave it with your carrier. Customer will pay return shipping fees including any taxes.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5 to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Full refund including return shipping fees for verified return items by default on part of Designerbrands.ae.
Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it. Items which are used or missing any of their accoutrements (tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Receive a full refund to your original payment source if;
-We conclude after reviewing your claim that the product received differs substantially from the item you received. This includes, but is not limited to inauthentic items, items with unreported damage and wear, and inaccuracies in the listing.
-The wrong product was sent by DESIGNERBRANDS. -The product is defective. -The product was damaged in shipping. -The product is tampered
Receive DesignerBrands Site Credit if;
You are dissatisfied with the item for any reason; such as the style, fit or just changing your mind, unless the item is marked Final Sale or- DESIGNERBRANDS.AE finds during review of your claim that the item is authentic and was accurately described at the time of sale.
Site credit can be used on any item for sale on DESIGNERBRANDS.AE is non-transferable and does not expire.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) items. Some items are marked Final Sale and cannot be returned for DESIGNERBRANDS Site Credit.
Items may be marked Final Sale for a number of reasons, including:
Designerbrands.ae cannot process returns that do not follow our guidelines, including:
Returns delivered without a return request.
Returns delivered later than 14 days from request.
Lost or damaged returns shipped without using our return shipping label.
An unreasonable amount of return requests submitted under a single user account.
When you order through Spotii you are still covered under our return policy. If you receive a full refund for a claim, your agreement with Spotii is voided and you are not obligated to continue paying for the purchase through Spotii. If your return is processed as DESIGNERBRANDS Site Credit, you are still required to complete your payment plan with Spotii.
CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products or Services)
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5 to 10 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We are able to offer an International Delivery, you can send your order to 130 countries and regions around the world. Delivery times may increase depending on the delivery destination. The delivery takes place on average within 4-7 working days.
Note: If you would like an alternate shipping method to be arranged, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All orders ship with a tracking service. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number and you can check the status of your order online at anytime.
Please note, tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update once shipped.
In order to ensure your utmost satisfaction, we currently work with some of the best and quickest courier companies like DHL, UPS & Aramex.
All orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Saturday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm) or after the cut of time and/or on ant UAE public Holiday will be processed the next UAE working day. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge if the order is not accepted at the address supplied.
Tax and Customs Duty
For selected countries DesignerBrands will automatically pay any tax or customs duty applied, therefore the amount you pay on check out is the final amount, your parcel will be delivered as DDP or delivery duty paid.
For some countries this isn't possible and you will have to pay import duty and tax on arrival, if this is the case your parcel will be held until it has been paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed and DesignerBrands will have no liability towards this.
www.designerbrands.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
